Blue Arrow is one of the UK's largest recruitment businesses. Part of the global staffing solutions provider CSG, Blue Arrow operates through six companies with a total of over 200 branch locations across the UK.

The Challenge

Blue Arrow's many branch offices each used different facility-management solutions. All were standalone, at the most client/server based, and the company was finding it hard to track and analyse asset lifecycles. Additionally, existing helpdesks were unable to address service calls efficiently.

The company needed a tightly integrated solution that could help them lower costs, improve service levels and streamline operations and asset management.
