Quality Statement

Our Quality Policy

Genisys recognises that continued success will depend upon meeting challenges, improving performance and delivering the quality that each customer expect to see from our products and services. Genisys continuously strives to provide cost effective and leading edge technology solutions.

Quality is a vital part of all our products and services, which helps to ensure good long-term relationships with both suppliers and customers.
To this end, the company has established and will continue to maintain a quality system. Currently meeting the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000 1994, Genisys is seeking approval to the new standards of ISO 9001 2000. This new standard will strengthen our resolve to be customer focused, including meeting, monitoring and exceeding customer expectation & satisfaction, continual improvement, legal obligations & competency.

The Quality Manager is the Management Representative as required by ISO 9001 and as such is delegated full authority to take whatever steps are necessary to ensure that the requirements of the quality system are followed at all times.

The Directors are also responsible for quality within the company and all personnel bear the responsibility for the quality of all tasks for which they are accountable in accordance with the requirements of the quality system. As the Chairman, I am ultimately responsible for the quality of the company's products and services.
