 | 1985, Genisys, was founded by Chairman Ashok J Rabheru. |

| 1990, Following a number of acquisitions in the South East of England, Genisys opened a central logistics and configuration centre in Basingstoke, Hampshire. |

|  1993, Genisys Software is formed operating from the UK Head Office in Basingstoke, Hampshire and Bangalore in South West India. |

| 1995, Genisys achieves BS5750, ISO 9002 Quality accreditation in UK and ISO 9001 Quality accreditation for software development. |

| 1998, Genisys Group launches Genisys Recruitment, now Talent Village. |

| 1999, Genisys acquires Crystal Solutions a dedicated eBusiness practise, now a part of Genisys Software |

|  April 2000, Genisys Software opens a new fully operational state of the art software development facility in Bangalore, India. |
